Leduc Community Living Association (LCLA) is a charitable organization which was started in 1986 by a group of parents who had sons or daughters with disabilities requiring support to live and work in their community, and to work toward their fullest potential.

The Association was registered with the Societies Act and was incorporated in 1986. LCLA is governed by a Volunteer Board of Directors.

Leduc Community Living Association serves Persons with Developmental Disabilities in the City and County of Leduc and the Town of Devon.
